PARKING – New Public Parking Location 

Public parking is accessible ONLY from Russell Street and a $7 parking fee will be collected. The former South Ave. parking lot has been demolished to make way for the construction of Missoula’s new Butterfly House & Insectarium. The Fair’s South Ave. entrance is reserved only for handicap parking and passenger drop off. Visit WesternMontanaFair.com to view parking options. 

CASH ONLY – Parking & Beverage Centers 

To ensure a quality experience with reduced lines, credit cards will not be accepted for parking fees or at the Fair’s three (3) new alcohol beverage centers. Five (5) ATMs will be located on-site for your convenience. 

ALCOHOL – $1 Alcohol ID Wristband Required 

You can now enjoy your favorite beverages throughout the Fairgrounds with the exception of the parking lots, carnival lot or livestock areas. Before consuming alcohol you will be required to verify your ID and purchase a $1 Alcohol ID Wristband. All beverage centers are CASH ONLY. 

GATE FEES – Free Every Day 

There are no gate fees at the Western Montana Fair! So come every day, several times a day to get the most from your visits! 

Assumption of Risk of ticket purchase: 

The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk with respect to the danger of personal injury incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during, or after the actual event (either inside or outside the facilities). The Western Montana Fair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Redemption of this ticket for admission, constitutes a release of the Fair for liability for the negligence of any of its agents or assigns for all or any part of the event or related events to which this ticket admits the holder. Unless otherwise determined by the event promoter, all events are considered RAIN or SHINE. Be prepared for extremes such as sunshine, heat, wind or rain. All tickets are non-refundable. To prevent the sale of fraudulent tickets, the Western Montana Fair cannot honor tickets that have been purchased from third party sites or through person-to-person transactions. As such, we recommend individuals to only buy tickets from the WesternMontanaFair.com website or directly through the Fair box office. 

Please note: Anyone without proper ID will be treated as under 21 and will not be allowed to purchase, hold or consume alcohol. Any patron found purchasing, holding or consuming alcohol without a valid form ID will be required to leave the venue immediately. No exceptions. The venue will also deny entry to anyone presenting fraudulent identification. Additionally, alcohol is not permitted within the carnival lot and Livestock Pavilion and barns. Disregard for this rule may result in removal from the venue.
